Nursing Home Ministry

First Assembly has a nursing home ministry that reaches out to the people of the Ottawa Retirement Village. This ministry regularly meets on the 1st, 2nd, and 4th Wednesday of each month with services being held at the Main Manor at 10:30 A.M. and at the Gardens and Village West at 11:00 A.M.  It currently ministers to anywhere from thirty-five to fifty-five people every week. Each meeting is lively and exciting with times of prayer, hymns, singing, devotionals, and fellowship which proves to be a great time for everyone involved.
